Few years ago my friend Prasanna met with an accident and was operated on his right arm. After a year he developed severe pain and was advised to cut his right arm! As he was sitting in pain at a village bus stand wondering his future, a stranger took him to a local doctor’s home. The doctor readily looked at him and asked him to come at government hospital where he worked. He removed three wood pieces that was causing the infection. My friend did not have money. The doctor not only treated him, paid for his treatment, gave food, some money to travel back and dropped him to the bus stand in his scooter.
An arm saved with a hope of a future.
