When we set up our puja mantapam three years ago, we missed one detail: a safe place for the diya.
A small table was added as a quick fix — and over time, it became part of the clutter we simply lived with.
It stayed that way… until last week.
I took a step back, gave it focused attention, and within a few hours, a solution emerged. Tomorrow, the table goes out, and the space will finally reflect the simplicity we originally intended.
Small problems don’t stay small — they quietly shape the environment around us.
The longer we postpone addressing them, the more they define the experience.
Leadership is also about noticing, acting, and realigning — no matter how small the problem may seem.
Because how we handle the little things often shows how we’ll handle the big ones.
