“Sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs come from the simplest questions.”

Several years ago, a customer asked me a question I couldn’t answer.
It wasn’t a complex question — it was the kind that reveals what you didn’t even know you didn’t know.

I walked out of that meeting with more than just notes — I walked out with a new mindset.

Since then, I’ve come to realize something powerful:
“Now I know what I don’t know.”

In business, this awareness is a real superpower.

It’s easy to celebrate what we’re good at, but true progress begins when we recognize our blind spots.
Knowing what I don’t know has helped me build stronger teams, invite diverse perspectives, and stay curious in every conversation.

Today, it’s no longer about having all the answers — it’s about asking better questions and committing to continuous learning.

Because in today’s fast-changing world, growth belongs to those who are humble enough to admit they don’t know everything and bold enough to keep exploring.

This mindset is everything.
It’s the difference between reacting and anticipating.
Between making assumptions and making real progress.

Every day, I actively seek out what I don’t know. I ask better questions. I listen more.
Because the real advantage isn’t about knowing it all — it’s about spotting the gaps and being courageous enough to close them.
